As an out-of-state seller, Terri took care of my home while it was on the market as if it were her own. She frequently checked on the house both before and after each showing to make sure it was presenting well and that it was secured following the sale -- not all agents remember to lock up! She provided excellent resources I needed to provide a few services for things such as lawn care, house cleaning, and minor repairs. The staging and photos were top-notch! Also, she followed up with the buyers' mortgage company to assure it was moving along.
