We tried for sale by owner, but on a recommendation from a neighbor, we called Century 21 in the Mountains. Terri was polite and courteous. She explained everything in easy to understand terms and was always mindful of our needs. We had a contract in 24 hours and we closed in 30 days! I would call Terri Olsen again

Terri went above and beyond a year prior to our move. We were unsettled on a retirement location, and we asked her to show us some homes and get a feel for the area. She took us to several properties, gave us literature about the area, and was friendly and professional, knowing that we were not in a position to make any purchase offers for another 12 months. Because of her helpfulness, we naturally, went back to Terri when the time came to buy a home.
